Reporting to the Finance Transformation Director, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation and optimisation of finance systems, working closely with senior finance stakeholders to simplify and automate processes.

You will support the rollout of Lead-to-Cash systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing finance operations. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for process improvement, managing data reconciliation efforts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

  • Partnering with senior finance stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that streamline operations.
  • Designing and developing financial models and reports to support decision-making, revenue optimisation, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Managing data reconciliation and system interlocks to maintain consistency and accuracy across financial platforms.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and a keen interest in using technology to enhance financial processes. Working in a fast-paced, project-based environment, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with a strong understanding of management accounting processes and experience working with finance systems.
  • Proven experience in technology-driven finance transformation, including UAT, system reconciliations, and financial reporting improvements.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights.
  • Highly proficient in:
  • Microsoft Excel (including macros, tables, lookups, and array formulas).
  • NetSuite (or experience driving adoption of financial systems).
  • Knowledge and experience of FP&A processes and systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance and non-finance teams and manage multiple priorities effectively in a project-based environment.
  • A proactive and structured problem solver with strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs and continuous improvement.

At Civica, we’re passionate about innovation and the impact technology can have on financial operations. If you’re looking to leverage your finance expertise in a systems-driven role, this is your opportunity to contribute to meaningful change, develop your skills, and grow your career within a dynamic organisation.
