Location: Bristol, EnglandSalary: Up to £34,000 Plus Fully Expensed Van
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Role Responsibilities:
- Carrying out inspections and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
- Performing pipework inspections, adaptations, and repairs.
- Reporting any defects and providing on-site updates during service visits.
- Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
- Undertaking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A background in Maintenance or Facilities Management.
- C&G Level 2, NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification
- Full clean UK driving license.
