Employee Service Centre Officer (Medical Recruitment)
Job overview
The Trust is looking to recruit a Employee Service Centre Officer on a fixed term basis for 6 months to help us to deliver an excellent operational HR service to the Trust's Medical workforce.
The role is offered on a Job Share Basis, Part Time 15 Hours per Week.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Main duties of the job
To support the transition to a modern integrated Employee Service Centre that embraces technology to provide an efficient and effective customer focused service. To manage the rotas of the Junior Doctors within the Trust in addition to providing and supporting a comprehensive, efficient and effective Recruitment process across all medical and dental grades.
To ensure that Junior doctor rotations run smoothly, including managing the pre-employment check process. Be the first point of contact to Junior Doctors and be able to advise and/or redirect to the correct teams asappropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
Essential criteria- Minimum of 3 GCSE/O Levels including Maths and English or NVQ 2 or equivalent experience
Experience
Essential criteria- A minimum of 2 years clerical experience within the last two years.
- A proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Proven knowledge of recruitment practice
- Relevant experience of working within an NHS Recruitment or Medical Staffing environment
- Experience of using Oracle/ESR Systems
- Experience of using the Trac recruitment tool
