ServiceNow Senior Product Manager - Bristol
About the role.
National Highways have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Product Manager (ServiceNow) to join our Service Operations team within Digital Services. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the entire suite of ServiceNow products and services and will set the strategy to ensure successful implementation and deliver a reliable service.
The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with business analysts, architects and project managers, leveraging technical best practice to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions to our customers on the ServiceNow platform.
This will also involve collaboration across Architecture Design and Technology Services, Cyber Security and Information Rights, Data and Digital, Strategy, Transformation and Performance and Programme Delivery and Service Operations to create an end-to-end product team.
Please note this role can be based from any of our UK offices however travel to Birmingham to attend team meetings will be required.- Define and own the vision and scope for ServiceNow and engage with stakeholders in the development of that vision.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Design and Technology Services to develop National Highways ServiceNow strategy and develop leading edge platform technologies.
- Effectively communicate complex, technical requirements to a range of non-technical business stakeholders.
- Lead a range of programme management activities to support of the service owner or programme lead.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow, including costs, contracts and supplier relationships.
- Degree qualified, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering or Mathematic subject, or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge, proven expertise and practical experience using ServiceNow and applying its applications.
- Excellent ITIL knowledge.
- Able to demonstrate strategic ownership and develop a long-term vision and objectives.
- Expert product ownership / product management knowledge with ability to create approaches and implement new ways of working. Knowledge of effective ServiceNow platform governance is desirable.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
