Management Accountant
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: Up to £45,000 (Plus study support)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly consolidated Management Accounts.
- Play a pivotal role within the finance team, driving business objectives and supporting process enhancements.
- Conduct monthly Work in Progress (WIP) calculations and provide detailed reports.
- Oversee Balance Sheet management, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations each month.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in finance processes, with a focus on enhancing controls and efficiency.
- Implement industry-leading processes and controls.
- Manage VAT and UK Tax return submissions, ensuring precise reconciliation.
- Serve as the main liaison for Auditors, assisting in the completion of statutory accounts.
- Support future Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities and integrate newly acquired businesses into the finance structure.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on ad hoc finance-related tasks and projects.
Skills and Experience:
- Part qualified in (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Several years of experience within a finance department, demonstrating solid financial expertise.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a strong ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive, self-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, able to interact confidently at all levels of the organisation.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
