Having recently won our second Queen's Award for Enterprise, we're excited to expand our impact in the West of England through two Bristol-based projects.Overview of Role:This Project Coordinator role will be working across two Bristol based projects, BrisBES - A project funded by Bristol City Council which will support entrepreneurs and small businesses to grow.
We will deliver business coaching, advice, grants and workshops and manage a large number of community partners to make sure that we deliver our expertise in the regions where it is needed the most.Grow Your Own GYO project based out of St Nicholas' Market .Our role in this project is to provide business support from the hub at the market and support help entrepreneurs to set up their organisations and make use of the facilities.
Both projects have outputs around intensity of business support number of hours delivered, social value low carbon plans, and jobs and businesses created.The Project Coordinator will be expected to monitor project progress and KPIs and attend networking events to promote the project offerings. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for collating project specific evidence and managing the monthly claim submissions.No two days are ever the same and we need a proactive, and driven person to support the delivery of our programs in the region. Working in a small team, as the Project Coordinator, you will be expected to undertake the following:Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and project management support across multiple programmesOrganise project documentation, meetings, and project filesMonitor progress and KPIs, keeping the Programme Director informedAttend networking events to engage businesses and learnersCollate project evidence and manage monthly claims submissionsEnsure high-quality, accurate reporting for contract requirementsBuild relationships with local partners and stakeholdersDeliver exceptional client service to partners and learnersContribute to our reputation for quality and impact
About You:We're looking for a proactive, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key attributes include:
2+ years of project coordination experienceAbility to build and maintain relationships with stakeholdersExcellent organisational and administrative skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsConfident in presenting and working independentlyFlexibility, adaptability and a willingness to embrace processes of change
