We are working with a Rochester school to recruit an experienced School Administrator to join their team initially on a Temporary basis with potential to become Permanent.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a School or College and have a can do and positive attitude.

Key Duties:

• Answering incoming calls and email enquiries
• Assisting with Administration for the Safeguarding team
• Invoice processing
• Ad hoc Administration for the Admissions and HR teams
• Liaising with students and families in relation to absence

Please note: Due to the location of the school it is essential that you have access to your own transport
