Annual Salary: Up to £32,000 depending on experienceLocation: Rugby, UK

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We are actively seeking a Bilingual/ Trilingual Speaking Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client, to join an exciting and innovative business in Rugby on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Handling calls from clients across the UK and Europe to resolve enquiries.
- Logging and escalating calls.
- General project admin support
- Interpreting data and reporting to stakeholders
- Some travel to client premises within the UK and Europe
The ideal candidate will be:
- Fluent in English and Italian and Spanish both written and verbally
- Self motivated with great attention to detail
- Skilled in administration and customer service
