Key Requirements:

• NEOSH Qualification (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health).
• Strong understanding and compliance with Health, Environmental, and Safety (HES) regulations.
• Proven experience in building maintenance, security, and site management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Your Role:

As the School Caretaker, you will:

• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and security of the school premises.
• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and promptly address repairs.
• Support the school in adhering to HES regulations, promoting a secure environment for students and staff.
• Manage site-related contractors and maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold health and safety standards.
