Job Description- Provide comprehensive support to the Property department
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Assist in the planning and execution of department events
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in the property sector
- Qualifications in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in a team-oriented environment
- An attractive salary range of approximately £35,000 - £42,000
