Job Description:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that students continue to learn and stay on track in the absence of their usual class teacher. You’ll supervise students, assist them with set tasks, and maintain a productive learning environment.The role is perfect for someone who is keen to support young people and enjoys working in a dynamic school environment.
Person Specification:
- Experience working with young people (ideally in a school setting, but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of classroom settings.
- Ability to manage student behaviour effectively and in a fair and consistent manner.
- A positive attitude towards working in education and a passion for helping students succeed.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
