Job Title: Quality & Compliance Supervisor
Location: Nuffield Health - Highfield Park Dr, St Albans and/or Hybrid

Reporting to: Service Delivery & Performance Manager

Hours/Working Pattern: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid working) - 40hrs inc. 60min unpaid lunch

Overview:

To deliver a high quality administrative function to the account.

Processing worksheets, managing and overseeing remedials, Checking compliance tasks andmanaging them to completion, Processing Compliance documents, Utilising clients CAFM system and internal smartsheet system. Ensure all CBRE & client procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities – Quality & Compliance:

Ensure timely management of the compliance inbox, processing all requests and documentation thoroughly with a sharp eye for detail.

Updating tracking documents.

Processing tasks from service complete to billing stage.

Liaising with internal engineering team and contractors.

Finance Reviews incl exception pool and OPO’s

Orders receipted to match PPM works delivered (Coupa system/Receipting etc)

Subcontractors:

Process notification of planned visit dates, remedial visits and update clients CAFM system and internal smartsheet system.

Ensure all works are planned in and completed on time.

Report and investigate on contractor performance with weekly calls if needed

Daily audits of contract - use of smartsheet & CAFM system for booking in & remedials

Qualities

Microsoft office working knowledge specific to Teams, Outlook and Excel.

Good Verbal and written communication skills.

Smartsheet knowledge (preferred)

FM Finance experience

Has been or working towards supervisor level in the FM industry.

Compliance background (not essential but preferred)

Accountabilities:

Reporting to Service Delivery & Performance Manager

Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client contacts

Responsibility to process and monitor compliance documentation.
