At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Food Safety & Sanitation administrator

to work at Kellanova in Manchester (M32), to provide administrative support to the Food Safety & Sanitation departments and to provide clear visibility of KPI's to stakeholders.

Shift Patterns:

Mon - Fri (8AM- 4PM)

Pay Rates

£13.91 - £16.37 - depending on experience

As a Food Safety & Sanitation administrator you will need to have:

• Education to degree level in Food Science, Food Technology or at least 1 years' experience in FMGC environment would be preferable but not a necessity.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good time management skills
• Able to work as an active and constructive member of a team with an enthusiastic attitude.

Accountabilities:

• Report to the Food Safety Manager.
• Supporting Sanitation and Food Safety documentation control.
• Logging of consumer complaints and reporting to the key stakeholders.
• Assisting with consumer complaint investigations including route cause analysis and working closely with the Consumer Relations team.
• Communicating the site weekly KPI's including Consumer Complaints, Master Sanitation Schedule & Weekly Audit Completion.
• Working with onsite partners to deliver correct chemical concentration levels across all the site chemical dosing units.
• Support and management of non-conforming logs.
• Support HACCP reviews, internal audits and document reviews to comply with company and certification standards.
• Supporting the site Food Safety Practitioners when required.
