In the role of Customer Service Assistant, you will be key to supporting all of our objectives and in many ways. This will start with ensuring our Centres and Kiosks offer a friendly welcome and that we are dealing with all customer queries in the best possible way.
A full training programme will be provided and for those that want to go further, we will work with you to develop a career path with us.

Hours: Casual, as and when needed.
Requirements- To serve customers using exceptional customer service skills
- To promote and sell the different products that Freedom Leisure offer
- Experience of serving customers in a face to face environment
- Ability to prioritise
- To work both independently and as part of a team
- To be friendly, helpful and polite

Salary: up to £11.44 per hour
