What the Telesales job involves- Researching within the industry to find new opportunities.
- Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls to promote business products.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers ensuring they are kept informed of new products and promotions .
- Inputting customer details into the CRM system
- Liaising with the quotation team to generate quotes
- Good IT skills – MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self Managed and able to work on your own initiative.
- OTE up to £45,000
- Full or part time hours available
- 20 Days plus bank holidays
- Hybrid working available after initial training
- Health care scheme
