Child Protection Case Conference Team
Job Purpose: -
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, and dedicated Team Manager to join our Child Protection Case Conference Team!As the Team Manager you will lead a team comprising of a 3 Child Protection Case Conference Chairs, a CiN/YPP Independent Reviewing Officer and support with the workload of the Business Support Team. You will work alongside and support the IRO Team manager and provide management cover in this area.
Within Family Safeguarding we use motivational interviewing and a multi-agency approach under the Family Safeguarding model, where Social Workers, Family Support Workers, Domestic Abuse Practitioners, Recovery Workers, Mental Health Practitioners, and Psychologists collaborate closely to address family issues efficiently, reducing the need for referrals to other agencies.
