Job Description- Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Supporting the customer service team in daily administrative tasks
- Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Staying informed about the latest company products and services
- Participating in customer service training and professional development programs
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Admin should have:
- Experience in Customer Service is a must
- Experience using Microsoft - Word, PDF, Excel, Outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics would be highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively
- A good understanding of the FMCG industry
