  • Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Supporting the customer service team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Staying informed about the latest company products and services
  • Participating in customer service training and professional development programs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Admin should have:

  • Experience in Customer Service is a must
  • Experience using Microsoft - Word, PDF, Excel, Outlook
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively
  • A good understanding of the FMCG industry
