This is an exciting opportunity for graduates with a passion for young people, looking to build a career in education or related fields. We are seeking top graduates to work with young people in secondary schools, aged between 11-18 years of age.

This opportunity offers individuals looking to build a career in education, within a unique school setting, giving you the opportunity to propel your career into education, leadership & management. You will be trained as a Teaching Assistant supporting young people who require additional support in school.

This opportunity is particularly relevant for individuals aspiring to enter into a career in education, mental health, psychology or wider youth services.

The schools available are based in Southampton, Romsey and Eastleigh - all of these schools support a range of children, including those with a range of complex learning needs such as physical, sensory and behavioural. The schools have recently been rated as 'Good' or above by Ofsted and works with boys & girls at a critical time in their educational development.
We have several positions available to in September 2024, with interviews and trial days starting in September. You will be paid between £400-£450 per week, depending on your experience to date.

  • Experience working with young people in either a volunteering or professional capacity
