Ideally looking for individuals who have prior experience in school/school setting, we are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant that will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and creating a positive learning environment for pupils.The ideal person will be motivated and have the ability to inspire students. Previous experience working with children can include playscheme, sport coaching, nursery, residential homes and more. As a teaching assistant you will support pupils with additional learning needs, therefore experience supporting ALN would be desirable but not mandatory.
Required:
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council
- Hold a Child only DBS certificate that is registered on the Update System
- Provide two professional references covering 24 months

Responsibilities- Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and materials
- Assist in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help
- Helping maintain a positive and inclusive environment
- Collaborating with other teaching staff
- Play a role in Safeguarding children
- Develop and enhance children’s social and emotional skills
- Adhering to school policies and procedures
