―Efficient approach to digital and paper-based tasks

―Ability to respond promptly to communication
―Create and manage E&M/learner folders and documents
―Creating E&M EHCP/ALS student documents
―Supporting student exams with exam administration before and after examinations and exam room set-up
―Support sub-contractor & AEB E&M arrangements and administration
―Provide emergency lesson cover where required
―Any other administrative and organisational duties deemed to be helpful to ensure the smooth running of the department
Salary and Days of Work
―14 hours across 2 days a week for 52 weeks per year
―Pro rata of 25 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays
―This is a permanent part-time position
―Annual salary FTE £31,850 (actual salary £12,740)
―Hourly salary £17.50

Desirable Skills: ―Knowledge of Arbor, BKSB and Pearson platforms
―Understanding of JCQ expectations―Understanding of GCSE and Functional Skills grading and levels
Key Tasks: ―Identifying and collating attendance statistics for cross departmental reporting
―initial assessment and diagnostic facilitation, reporting and account administration―Create and manage E&M/learner folders and documents
―Creating E&M EHCP/ALS student documents
―Supporting student exams with exam administration before and after examinations and exam room set-up
―Support sub-contractor & AEB E&M arrangements and administration
―Provide emergency lesson cover where required
