HR Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a highly adaptable and enthusiastic HR Operations Coordinator to join a global HR Operations team at a leading Asset Management business. Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, this role would offer opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally.
The role:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Administering employee benefits and providing support for payroll processes
- Ensuring SLAs are met
- Creating and maintaining accurate employee data on the HRIS
- Providing insights into metrics for standardized workforce reports and analytics
- Collaborating with HRBPs on best practice across multiple sectors
Skills and experience:
You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:
- Proven experience in HR Administration of People/HR Operations at a similar level
- Experience with HR systems
- Familiarity with HR ticketing systems ie. ServiceNow, Jira
- Strong understanding of EMEA employment legislation and compliance laws including immigration
- Passionate about HR Operations to deliver exceptional results for the entire organization
- Proficiency with streamlining processes
Responsibilities:
This role will be delivering effective, efficient, and professional operational HR service to the business.
Desired Experience:
Additional knowledge of HR Operations with other international entities such as US or APAC.
The working pattern is 5 days in office (Central London), offering between £45,000 to £55,000 for the permanent role. Please note that sponsorship is not being offered for this vacancy.
