The Women in Leadership programme is designed to support students to develop into the leaders of tomorrow in Assurance, Tax, Strategy and Transactions or Technology under the guidance of our empowered female colleagues.

And that’s not all — If you're in school, you could have the option to be fast-tracked onto a Business Apprenticeship, and if you're at university you could be fast-tracked onto a Summer Internship, Industrial Placement or Graduate programme.

• Please note you will be able to apply to any of our office locations, but we advise you to apply to the location where you would want to be employed in the future.

You will then be invited to the in-person office event at one of the selected locations nearest to you.

This programme is aimed at students who come from a low socioeconomic background.

• You are attending / attended a state school or college and
• Your immediate family did not attend university or
• You are (or have been eligible) for free school meals or
• The occupation of your main household earner when you were aged 14 is categorised as being a technical and craft occupation; a routine*, semi-routine manual and service occupation*; or long-term unemployed* (please see below for further guidance on these definitions)
• Technical and craft occupations such as: motor mechanic, plumber, printer, electrician, gardener, train driver.

Routine, semi-routine manual and service occupations such as: postal worker, machine operative, security guard, caretaker, farm worker, catering assistant, sales assistant, HGV driver, cleaner, porter, packer, labourer, waiter/waitress, bar staff.
