LHH are currently working with a fast paced, growing technology business who are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their dynamic People Team.

This is remote role, with occasional travel to the company offices within the South East, as and when required. Travel expenses will be included.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems and employee records
  • Coordinating recruitment logistics and supporting the hiring process
  • Assisting with payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Responding to employee queries and helping ensure a positive employee experience
  • Supporting People projects and helping to continuously improve HR processes
What They Are Looking For
  • Previous experience in an HR admin or coordinator role (ideally in a fast-paced environment - experience within a PE backed business would be advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident working with confidential information and handling it with discretion
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using HR systems
  • A natural people person - approachable, helpful, and positive
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is a plus but not essential
