Field Sales Executive
As an experienced Field Sales Executive, you will confidently tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of a diverse customer base. You will capitalise on every opportunity, turning inquiries into sales and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Location - The office is located in Bridgend and you will cover the South and West Wales regions.

As a Field Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise sales in a challenging, target driven environment. Your core responsibilities will be:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads before planning, booking and attending customer visits
- Strategic planning, forecasting and pricing of all major works including price negotiations for all repeat works
- Strategic overview of the current and ongoing market
- Collaboration with other departments and divisions within the company
- Account management with both new and existing clients
- At least 2 years' experience
- Experience within the Construction industry (but not essential)
- Outgoing and presentable with the ability to instantly build strong customer relationships
- Goal & results driven, with a sense of ownership and pride in performance.
- Has a proven track record in achieving targets
- Has the confidence to deal with decision-makers
- Has strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Has excellent written, oral and communication skills
- Computer literate
