My client would like somebody with a proven track record managing a home centred around dementia care and would like the ideal candidate to come with a proven CQC track record.

Successful Applicant:

• Level 3 Leadership Management or above
• Must be RMN/RGN
• Experience of Managing a Care Home
• Experience with complex needs/dementia/challenging behaviour
• Handles pressure with ease
• An individual with unwavering determination and a genuine zeal for making a difference.
