Job Role As a Senior Solicitor, you'll manage your own caseload of high-value contentious probate and trust matters while contributing to the supervision of junior colleagues and broader team growth.
Key Responsibilities- Running a caseload of estate, trust, and will disputes
- Acting for a wide range of clients including individuals, trust companies, and institutions
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Collaborating with a wider national team across multiple offices
- Engaging in marketing and business development activities
- 5+ years’ PQE in contentious wills and trusts
- Background in a recognised firm with a strong private client disputes practice
- Technically strong with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver clear, strategic advice
- Proactive, collaborative and commercially aware
