A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a large FMCG manufacturer in the Gloucester area
With no day ever being the same the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Reducing downtime, improving the plants reliability and resolving breakdowns
- Fault finding and problem solving on all electrical apparatus on site
- Maintenance work on conveyors / pumps / hydrualics / penmatics
- Repairing single and 3 phase motors / sensors
- PLC fault finding on all machinery across the site
- Welding and fabricating
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Experience working with in automation beneficial
- Strong PLC fault finding
- Food / FMCG / Packaging industry experience
