About the role: HR Business PartnerActivate Learning have a unique opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will work closely with a wide range of faculties or group services, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

You will provide expert coaching, insightful advice, and tailored support to people leaders, empowering them to effectively implement their people plans and achieve key organisational objectives.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be pivotal in fostering a customer-centric and people-focused approach, ensuring that the needs of our employees are at the forefront of all HR initiatives. You will also contribute to the design and execution of our employee journey strategy, working in close collaboration with the wider HR team to enhance employee engagement, performance, and development across the organisation.

The role of HR Business Partner can be based within either our Oxfordshire or Berkshire campuses, with an option to work a hybrid model.

What do you need to be a successful HR Business Partner at Activate Learning?

In addition, you will drive a partnership-based approach to employee relations, offering expert advice on employment law and resolving employee relations issues, including those related to organisational changes, TUPE transfers, mergers, and restructures.

With a proven HR background and experience in managing complex and sensitive employee relations matters, your communication style will be clear, confident, and persuasive, enabling you to influence stakeholders in alignment with our values. You will also be able to champion and promote new ideas that contribute to the organisation’s goals and support its ongoing needs.
