As a Project Control Officer, you’ll join our award-winning Programme Management Office and provide support that’s crucial to our success. This role has a strong focus on risk, planning and finance, so you’ll use your skill with numbers to support our team and do work that’s as varied as our missions.
You could be preparing data for meetings, ensuring financial information is up-to-date or completing detailed monthly governance tasks. You’ll need to be adaptable, detail-orientated and ready to tackle your responsibilities with a positive attitude.
Plus, you’ll work closely with project managers, stakeholders and customers. As a confident communicator, you’ll engage with people at all levels. Thriving on collaboration, you’ll overcome unique obstacles and excel at making financial information clear and understandable.
You’ll enjoy explaining financial details, whether providing insights, identifying trends or running financial risk workshops, sharing your passion for numbers to deliver reliable information that supports a range of transformational projects.
As you gain experience, opportunities for promotion or progression into the Service Management Team, Project Management Team or other areas within the organisation will become available to you. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to become a subject matter expert in various techniques, enhancing your expertise and making a significant contribution to our mission.

Importantly, you’ll have a genuine interest in numbers and enjoy problem-solving. You’ll approach numerical, data and tech tasks with positivity and adapt your working style to maximise impact across a range of diverse projects. Additionally, you’ll need a strong proficiency in MS Office along with a solid understanding of budgets and financial reports.
