Clinical Pharmacist, Hospital at Home

We are looking for additional pharmacists to support further expansion of the service. The SystmOne EPMA/EPS system has now been fully implemented across all hospital units, so experience of using this system would be advantageous. The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated and able to work on their own, whilst also integrating into a well-established team.
You will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills together with a good working knowledge of hospital pharmacy. The successful candidate must have experience of working in a clinical setting with a multidisciplinary team.
Experience of implementing Medicines Optimisation projects will be ideal. You will need to have post registration experience in hospital pharmacy and a clinical diploma or working towards one. You will also need a great deal of self-motivation, sound clinical knowledge and computer literacy.
The role will also be supported by a full training package, according to needs. If you think you have the right experience and are up to the challenge, we would love to hear from you. A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
