Specialised, experienced practitioner employed to assess and treat a caseload of patients who require Hand Therapy, rehabilitation and splinting, including Plastic Surgery, Rheumatology, Trauma and Orthopaedics and GP patients To participate in the planning, co-ordinating and delivery of the Hand Therapy Service To supervise, educate and assess the performance of more junior/rotational staff within the specialty To be a Practice Educator, supervising and assessing Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy students on placement The post holder will participate in quality and audit activity and management of clinical role Deputising for the Team Lead when required For a full comprehensive list of main responsibilities and duties, please kindly refer to job description and personal specification attached.
