We are looking for a Management Accountant with Business Partnering experience, to join a, National, privately owned, Landscaping and Arboriculture group as a Finance Business Partner. This is a Commercial Management Accounting role with extensive business partnering exposure to senior operational stakeholders.
Paying between £55-65k, this role is fully remote.
The Role- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and provide commentary for regional performance.
- Develop the annual financial budget and quarterly forecasts to align with regional operational plans.
- Provide guidance on financial and commercial matters to support decision-making at the regional level.
- Collaborate in tracking and refining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
- Assist in improving working capital through effective management of WIP, debt, and creditors.
- Provide financial input for bids and tenders as needed.
- Oversee monthly billing reconciliations for key accounts.
- You will need to be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA)
- Experience with Management Accounting and Business Partnering is essential.
- A background in Facility services, or any other contract related industry is highly desired (E.G. Facilities Management, Security, Data Centre Solutions, Catering).
- Candidates who are Qualified by Experience or close to qualifying will also be considered however you will ideally already be a qualified accountant.
