This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office twice a week

Hours per week: 24

Salary: £14,999 pro rota (£23,088 per annum)

About the role

We’re excited to be looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator (Assessment Delivery) to join our Quality Assurance team.

You’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of the assessment processes of all NCFE and CACHE qualifications, both in-house and at our approved centres.

The Assessment Delivery team is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of the assessment processes for all NCFE qualifications, both in-house and at our approved centres. The Assessment Delivery team ensures external assessments are delivered in line with our policies and reliable results are issued to our learners upholding high standards of compliance with regulatory requirements.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Ensuring accurate, efficient delivery of QA processes to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Proactively identifying areas of external assessment paper non-compliance and proactively following those up to successful closure
  • Co-ordinating team activities including scheduling meetings, appointments, customer visits and co-ordinating training and events
  • Maintaining accurate records (eg CRM, RAID logs etc), generating reports and completing QA checks on assessment records
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely upkeep of our secure storage facilities (may require an element of manual handling)

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written including excellent grammar and spelling
  • Experience in using various office applications and software such as Excel and Outlook
  • Proven data entry skills
  • Strong organising and prioritisation skills and the ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy
  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks, events and diaries so experience of working in a busy administrative role is essential
