Job Description

As a Finance Administrator, you will report into the AP Manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Finance Function.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • verifying and entering all receipts onto finance system
  • processing adjustments onto the finance system
  • daily stock reconciliation and investigating discrepancies
  • balancing stock reconciliation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • Knowledge of working in a large transactional finance volume environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel
