Receptionist

Hours: 9.30-17.00, Monday to Friday

Join our vibrant community in Exeter! We are seeking friendly and dedicated receptionist on a 2 month contract, with a view to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover reception and greet visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour.
• Handle general enquiries and provide information to students and guests.
• Manage post collection and delivery efficiently.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus, but not essential.
