Both roles provide exciting opportunities to be part of passionate inter-disciplinary teams and partnerships focused on driving population health and addressing inequalities through clinical academic collaboration. You will have a strong emphasis on both strategy and delivery and the post holders will be expected to deputise for the Programme Director/Head of Programmes as needed.
The post-holders will also have line management responsibilities and be able to lead multi-disciplinary teams and role model collaborative leadership and equality, diversity and inclusion. You will develop and be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key success metrics across each of the programmes and drive engagement and co-production with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve these.
This requires significant work to be completed in planning, organisational and partnership development, implementation of new ways of working and delivery, engagement and networking, and continuous improvement/evaluation. The postholders will influence change both within and across organisations, as well as further afield, to improve innovative practice and the experiences and outcomes for service users and staff.

This roles will involve some complex negotiation with senior directors, managers and frontline staff at both an operational and strategic level.
