Job Title: Deputy Supply Chain Manager
Location: Denmark Hill, London
Salary: £54,150 - £60,900 per annum + up to 12% annual bonus

Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Supply Chain Manager to oversee our inventory management services across
King's College Hospital. This role is vital in ensuring operational efficiency and the delivery of exceptional service. Reporting
to the Deputy Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for managing a team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and

fostering collaboration with key stakeholders to enhance the supply chain's impact on patient care.

In this role, you will take charge of inventory systems, resolving challenges, managing product changes, and maintaining a
seamless supply of materials. Your leadership will extend to supervising Inventory Team Leaders and Coordinators, ensuring they
have the guidance and support to excel. You will also work closely with clinical teams, suppliers, and other partners to align

inventory practices with organisational needs and goals.

We seek someone with a proven track record in inventory management and the ability to analyse data, solve problems, and implement
strategic solutions. These abilities, along with your strong interpersonal skills will be critical in driving improvements and

achieving performance targets. Healthcare experience is an advantage, however we are looking for strong leadership qualities, adaptability, and proactive approach to tasks and solutions.

As Deputy Supply Chain Manager, you will also lead efforts to enhance inventory processes, from developing internal audits to
implementing new systems that ensure efficiency and minimise waste. Your ability to build strong relationships and influence

change will be essential in delivering innovative solutions that benefit the entire organization.
