Property Maintenance Estimator
We are looking to expand our team and are seeking to recruit a dynamic and articulate Estimator.
The successful candidate will support the company operations by writing detailed, user-friendly quotations to send to clients. You will deal with queries relating to quotations in a timely manner. You will ensure the efficient booking of quotations to the engineers.The Estimator must ensure that all communication is sent promptly, as you will handle a wide range of emails and telephone calls, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.
KEY TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing detailed quotes based on the Engineer’s reports
- Ensure quotations are sent within 24-hours of attendance
- Ensuring quotes have step-by-step description to ensure the clients and engineers are aware of the steps required to completed the job
- Report daily on the number and value of quotes sent
- Chase sub-contractors for reports / quotations on a daily basis
- Dealing with queries relating to any quotations
- Chasing quotations to gain feedback and update eWorks accordingly
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Ensuring engineers are booked to attend quotations with the right skill-set and correct geographical location
- Assist with Project Management of jobs
- Achieving daily / weekly / monthly KPIs

Requirements- Experience working within a property maintenance company ideal
- Have an understanding of various building issues, construction types and methods of repair
- Produce estimates relating to the remedial works identified (training will be provided)
- Computer/technology literate / Experience of using Microsoft 365
- Ability to multi-task
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good re-call / memory of ongoing jobs
- Quick learner and eager to learn and grow
