As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented individual who can seamlessly handle both finance and customer service duties.
Tasks- Assist with daily financial operations, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling statements.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes, including the preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and data entry using Microsoft Office applications.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing customer accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Provide administrative support to the finance and customer service departments, including filing, data entry, and general office tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Previous experience in a finance assistant and/or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,000.
