Property Management Administrator

We are hiring a Property Management Administrator to work in our expanding business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an administrative role and will enjoy working in a growing company, will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively organise compliance documents, such as GSC’s/EICR’s/EPC’s
  • Providing support to Property Managers as and when required
  • Ensuring all invoices are processed for respective jobs
  • Processing council tax/utility bills between tenancies
  • Supporting the office in general administration such an ordering office supplies, stationery and printing/filing invoices
  • Ensuring check ins/outs are undertaken
  • Providing cover for colleagues
  • Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the office
