Part-time Packing Operatives for Vitamin Manufacturing Company
We have an opportunity for part-time packing operatives to join our growing company.Previous experience in food manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
We are looking for people who can work 3 hours a day, from 10am-1pm Monday to Friday.
The role will require the right individual to be able to but not limited to:- Pack vitamin pouches and bottles into boxes and label accordingly
- Check condition of finished products for damage before packing
- Keep accurate count of numbers of finished product being packed into boxes
- Keep warehouse clean and tidy and keep accurate cleaning records
FULL TRAINING GIVEN FOR RIGHT CANDIDATES.
Essential Skills:- Organised and self-motivated,
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work on own and as part of a team
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job
- Excellent time keeping skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Previous packing experience
- Experience of working within a food production environment
Manual Handling skills - must be fit and healthy.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to permPay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
