Possesses previous experience working as a Receptionist/Front of House personnelThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease and confidenceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrates the ability to work independently and proactivelyStrong Microsoft Office knowledge

Meet and greet guests/signing all guests inLiaising with building management and delivery personnelAnswering telephone calls in a highly professional mannerWorking alongside catering teamEnsuring office space is tidy and presentableBooking taxis/couriers
