Customer Service Advisor

• Hourly Rate: £13.80
• Location: Perth (Hybrid working available after training)
• Job Type: Full-time, Rotational Shifts including 1 in every 7 weekends

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Inbound Call Handler. This role is central to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. We provide comprehensive training, so if you’re enthusiastic, empathetic, and eager to learn, we’re interested in hearing from you. This ongoing temporary position has the potential for extension or a permanent offer for the right candidate.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a professional and courteous response.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and effectively.
• Utilise our in-house system to determine customer needs and identify appropriate next steps.
• Accurately record customer information onto their account records, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and the ability to pass a criminal record and credit check.
