Customer Service Adviser and Multi Facility Role (weekend post) - ACS00181
Cleaning duties are a key part of this role. Knowledge of Word/Excel and social media use essential. Ability to work professionally in a fast paced environment.

RequirementsExcellent customer service and knowledge of Word /Excel/ Social Media platforms. Ability to adapt to changing situations. Be a courteous team player with initiative to deliver in a fast paced environment. Excellent understanding of English and Numeracy required as are Microsoft Office skills.
ResponsibilitiesTo deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone and via email and social media channels promoting a helpful experience to using Active Stirling's digital platforms. Successful applicant will take pride in their working area to ensure clean and welcoming for all Active Stirling members and day guests.
