Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Director with specialized expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to join our growing team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Your primary focus will be on understanding their business needs, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with key clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

Understand client business objectives and align them with appropriate CRM strategies.

Strategic Account Planning:

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve both short and long-term objectives.

Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of CRM services.

Creative Marketing Campaigns and Design Briefing:

Collaborate with the creative teams to brief and guide the development of innovative marketing campaigns.

Apply an eye for design to ensure that marketing materials align with client branding and objectives.

CRM Implementation and Optimization:

Oversee the successful implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals.

Work closely with internal teams to optimise CRM performance and address any issues proactively.

Client Advocacy:

Act as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring that their needs and expectations are understood and met.

Provide regular updates to clients on new features, updates, and industry best practices related to CRM.

Revenue Generation:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Drive revenue growth through the expansion of CRM services and solutions.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor key performance indicators and analytics to measure the success of CRM initiatives.

Provide clients with regular reports and insights to showcase the value of CRM investments.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a unified approach to client success.
