• Inbound and outbound calling to customers which are new and existing
• Taking information correctly
• Inputting data into systems efficiently.
• Maintain an organised approach to managing customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism.
• A proactive approach with the drive to meet and exceed sales, targets and goals.
• Familiarity with basic IT systems is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills.
