This role requires a strong understanding of social media management and public relations, as well as the ability to analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across Tik Tok.
• Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing initiatives.
• Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and public relations.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
