The Role

We are looking for a Business change manager to join us for a 12 month fixed term contract to join our Transformation team, who will be working alongside project and programme managers on transformational initiatives. The Business Change Manager supports the successful transition to new ways of working required to sustain the transformation through planning and supporting engagement activities, training and process design.

The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of Salesforce within our organisation & will be responsible for managing the transition to Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes, and driving user adoption across the business.

Responsibilities:

As our Business Change Manager some of your day to day duties will include:

  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand impacts, their needs, gather requirements, and ensure their active participation and buy-in throughout the project.
  • Influence positively where necessary to ensure the business change goals of the project or programme are met.
  • Develop business change strategies ensuring approaches (including training and communication) are in place and users are proficient in Salesforce and understand its benefits.
  • Execute change management plans to support the adoption and transition to Salesforce and provide ongoing support to address any issues and ensure smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce into existing business processes, identifying and addressing any issues, risks, gaps, dependencies or challenges.
  • Lead benefits realisation plans and ensure benefits can be achieved and measured during and/or after the project/programme is completed.

The Process

Our interview process for this role is simple:

  • First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
  • Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

Location

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
