• Managerial and leadership experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of child development and educational best practices
• Hold a Level 3 in Early Years or above, showcasing a solid theoretical foundation in early years education
• Exceptional leadership abilities, paired with outstanding interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate the team
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards within the childcare sector
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, essential for effectively liaising with staff, parents, and external partners
• A firm commitment to championing diversity, equality, and inclusion within the nursery setting
