Nursery Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

40 hours per week

Shift times: 8:00-17:00

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's vibrant and inclusive nursery. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

• Experience in a managerial role within an early childhood education setting.
• Level 3 in Early Years or above
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in early childhood education.
• A genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of children and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Lead and support a team of educators and staff members, fostering a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion.
• Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate curricula and activities for children of varying ages.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, ensuring open communication and collaboration in support of every child's individual needs.
• Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining records in accordance with best practices.
